Why was she chosen to carry this gift? She didn't ask for it. She was almost positive her mother didn't have it. She was too logical.
Londyn was open to spiritual things. Almost drawn to them as a child. She found out in her first year of college she carried the gift of a seer.
They made it to the airport the next morning. After finding their terminal, Natalie sent the girls to find coffee. As Londyn was adding her favorite hazelnut creamer, a woman came near.
"You are a seer!" the woman exclaimed in French.
Startled, she dropped her coffee stirrer. "Excuse me?" she asked in the same language.
"You will see her soon," the strange woman whispered in English this time. She left leaving a chill in the air.
Standing on the other side of the coffee shop, Nicole saw the exchange. The woman was dressed in what appeared to be a dark long dress and head wrap. Something didn't look right. She went to her friend's side.
"What the hell?"
The weight of the interaction left Londyn feeling glued to the ground. She was still staring in the direction of the peculiar stranger, who had disappeared in the concourse.
"Lonnie, what just happened? What did she say to you?" Nicole persisted this time.
Yeah, what from hell was that? This is not the time to tell her. "She thought I was someone she knew. Just scared me the way she walked over and started talking," Londyn answered to satisfy her friend. "Let's head over and give our moms their coffees."
