Over 200 years ago, a mad scientist named Frankenstein breathed life into a patchwork corpse, beginning a feud between the two that seemed to end in death. Cut to modern day where the scientist, now going by name Victor Helios, has set up shop in New Orleans, creating ever more of his New Race with the end goal of supplanting humanity and taking over the world.
